Iris Ohms Jørgensen

Iris has been employed at Nuna Advokater since February 2020, and was admitted to the bar on February 1, 2023.

Iris deals with the office’s debt collection and insolvency law issues and assists clients with debt collection and enforcement, including forced sales, disputes arising from debt collection cases and all types of debtor management tasks.

Iris also advises clients on the regulation and process of employing foreign labor in Greenland, including obtaining the relevant approvals and permits required and assisting in handling the application processes in this connection.
