Helen Kibsgaard

Helen is educated at Aarhus University and has for many years worked with Greenlandic commercial law issues in collaboration with Nuna Advokater and is a capacity in the field of mineral resources, drafting and negotiation of contracts, and competition law issues in Greenland. She therefore has in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic conditions.

Helen also has a solid and very broad experience in advising on general commercial and corporate law matters, international contracts, distribution issues, CSR, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes and restructurings.
