Charlotte has been part of Nuna Advokater since 2008. She has previously worked for a number of years as a prosecutor, and is now the office’s experienced litigator.
Charlotte has been appointed by the Minister for Children and Social Affairs to be among the lawyers approved to work with international child abduction cases, cf. sections 18a and 20d of the Danish Act on International Enforcement of Custody Decisions etc.
In addition, Charlotte is a trained mediator.
Charlotte works alternately in Denmark and Greenland.
