The full-day course will cover both procurement and tendering law, and will give participants an understanding of the rules on tendering – from the preparation of the tender until the contract is signed. The course will thus enable participants to understand the overall tendering process and help create an understanding of the legal framework for public procurement in Greenland – all while including practical examples.
