When dealing with a bankruptcy estate or a company threatened with bankruptcy, we always seek to advise both creditors and business owners with a view to safeguarding the company’s assets in the best possible way – for the benefit of all stakeholders. And we will always start by exploring the possibilities for a reconstruction of the company to ensure that all or part of the activities can continue, which, all else being equal, will secure the values in the best possible way and at the same time secure the company’s jobs.

Over the years, we have carried out a large number of reconstructions both by using the composition institute – both voluntary and compulsory composition – and by transferring the company to continue under new management.

In addition to handling insolvent companies and bankrupt estates, we also have extensive experience in debt collection.

We provide direct, individual advice as well as more standardized forms of debt collection cases, where we, in collaboration with the district courts and the Court of Greenland, have a fixed procedure for how a debt collection case should be conducted most appropriately, with the special challenges we have in Greenland.
